Southwest Windpower Air Breeze Generator
Notes: It is important to note that the air-breeze is rated for significantly less output power versus the air-30 or air-40. The advantage that the air-breeze has over the other two models is it's marine rated. It has a powder coated paint finish which makes it very resistant to corrosion. This makes it perfect for houseboats.
However, as with any wind turbine, how much power you get depends on having enough wind. Though the startup speed is about 7 MPH, you will not get more than 10-20 watts at that speed, and you will need 25 MPH+ to get the full 200 watts (around 15 amps @ 12 volts).
The all-new Air Breeze. Quieter, more efficient, and precision engineered to deliver more energy at lower wind speeds than any other wind generator in its class. Air Breeze is the next generation of Air turbines—with more than 135,000 units sold in more than 120 countries, the world's most popular small wind turbine.
