Kyocera KD140SX-UFBS 140 Watt, 12 Volt Solar Panel (Junction Box)
Note: The KD140SX module comes with two strain relief connectors and lock nuts for entering and exiting the junction box. Additional connectors and lock nuts can also be purchased.The Kyocera KD140SX-UFBS is almost identical to the KD140SX-UPU except it has an added crossbar to the frame for extra support. The cells also appear a lighter shade of blue. This is the largest solar panel that can ship UPS.This solar panel is suitable for any off-grid solar powered battery charging system, including RV, remote home, or marine. The Kyocera KD140SX is one of the few larger solar panels still available with a junction box, rather than the MC4 cables. The KD series junction box versions all have a 4" x 4" junction box with screw terminals on the back of the panel for wiring. This is a standard 12 volt panel suitable for almost any environment or application.
New frame technology allows for end mounting under 2400 Pa (50 psf) or wind speeds of 130 mph (ASTM E1830) and traditional mounting under 5400 Pa (113 psf) to support increased snow load.

These cells are encapsulated between a tempered glass cover
and a pottant with back sheet to provide efficient protection
from the severest environmental conditions. The entire laminate is installed in an anodized aluminum frame to provide structural strength and ease of installation.
