Tray Cable: This is the standard wire for all outdoor applications. Water and sunlight resistant. UL approved for use without conduit. Also known as type TC (tray cable). Complies with NEC article 340 and is rated as sunlight and moisture resistant. Suitable for direct burial. Minimum order is 25 feet. This is three conductor cable. Often used where a 3rd wire is needed, such as in wiring up series-parallel panel arrays.
