What is Remote Monitoring?
Many inverters and Energy Storage Systems are equipped with internet-enabled (WiFi) monitoring systems so that you can log in via a computer, tablet, or mobile device and see how your system is operating. Simply put, remote monitoring systems are designed to allow you to see and influence what is happening with your solar power system.
Remote Monitoring Systems are powerful tools that provide real-time information and data logging of system performance. Many allow you to change settings and create energy consumption and management rules. They can be complicated to learn how to use and tend to be under-utilized, which is where we come in.

Setup:
When you purchase an inverter or ESS that has remote monitoring from NAZ Solar Electric, we can help you get your remote monitoring account set up so that you can take advantage of all of the available features as soon as your system is installed.
If you have a system that currently is not equipped with a remote monitoring system, you may be able to connect one without buying a whole new solar system. There are specific requirements for this process that our team can help you navigate.
We will help you customize your settings based on your solar power needs and goals.
Monitoring Services:
Following your system's setup and commissioning, our team is standing by for you. If you want to review your system performance, simply give us a call and a member of our tech support team will assist you in evaluating your data and provide recommendations for performance improvements.

We cannot perform these services for systems purchased elsewhere. Not all equipment has remote monitoring capabilities. In some cases, additional equipment might be needed to facilitate remote monitoring.
