As the global specialist in energy management, Schneider Electric provides complete photovoltaic solutions for any size installation, from grid‐tie residential rooftops and utility‐scale farms to off‐grid solar and battery backup application. Their innovative products help you to get the most efficient solar harvest from your installation.
Schneider Electric acquired Xantrex's solar products in 2008. Xantrex continues to manufacture RV and Mobile products, but all solar equipment is designed and manufactured by Schneider Electric.
For Conext TX grid‐tie inverters, see the Grid-Tie section.
We carry the complete line of Schneider Electric. Some of the export versions are not listed here, but we have or can get almost any Schneider product currently available.
Schneider Electric manufactures solar charge controllers in the 12 to 80 amp range, including the new 60 amp XW-SCC MPPT controller.
The C12 is often used for smaller systems consisting of one or more 12-volt panels, up to about 200 watts max total panel. The Xantrex C35 and C60 may be used for 12 or 24-volt battery systems, or for diversion or load control. The C40 can be set up for 12, 24, or 48-volt battery systems.
Schneider Electric has been working hard on a replacement for the old TR series inverters. For the Conext SW series, they decided to go with a pure sine wave design so that all your electrical devices will be compatible. Perfect for both residential backup power systems as well as off-grid systems. The batteries can be charged using utility power, a solar array or a generator. All the system components fit neatly together for a very clean and professional looking installation. The Conext SW inverters are also priced very low. Based on the features alone, this inverter would cost hundreds more from a different brand. Combine that with Schneider Electric's years of experience building inverters and you've got dependable equipment at a great price.

The new Schneider Electric Conext SW line of inverters are designed for residential backup power and off-grid systems. They are available in a 120/240 volts AC configuration for North American applications and a 230 volts AC model for global applications. The units are powered by a 24 volt DC battery bank that can be charged with your utility power, a solar array or a generator. The SW series is also compatible with the automatic generator start (AGS) and the system control panel (SCP). Due to the Conext SW design, a single phase generator input will give you 240 volts AC split-phase output without the use of an external transformer. This comes in handy if you have 240-volt loads but only have a 120-volt generator. The Conext SW inverters can also be stacked for a total power output of 7,000 watts. The components are exceptionally easy to install and can be easily replaced in the field if necessary.
