12 Volts DC, 100 Ah at 20 Hr rate. The EnergyCell Nano Carbon Top Terminal Valve Regulated Lead Acid (VRLA) battery is designed for partial state of charge (PSoC) renewable energy systems. Many locations around the world do not receive enough sunlight to consistently charge batteries to their full capacity. Over time this can damage the batteries and reduce the life and capacity of the batteries. Outback has developed the Nano-Carbon batteries using technology that prevents battery degradation in PSoC environments. The use of carbon nano batteries in PSoC energy systems can increase the life cycle of the batteries by 44% vs traditional VRLA batteries. It features Absorbent Glass Mat (AGM) technology for efficient gas recombination of up to 99%, and freedom from electrolyte maintenance. EnergyCell NC batteries also feature low profile terminals with threaded copper alloy inserts providing increased safety and reduced maintenance. The top terminal models are ideal for moderate power applications.
