Off Grid Solar Load Calculator

One of the most important things to do BEFORE going solar is to calculate the amount of electricity you are currently using. You will use this information to determine the size of solar power system you will need. Our Solar Load Calculator can help you calculate your system load. Load Calculator Instructions:

• Fill out each field for each appliance, if you are unsure about the wattage of your appliance, click on "Add Appliance From Load Chart" button to add that appliance from the list that we prepared for you, with estimated wattage.
• Use "Add Appliance" to add an empty row, and the "X" button on the right to each row to delete that row.
• You can save the calculation to your email by filling out the form underneath the Load Calculator and click on "Send" button. Fields marked with "*" are required.

NOTE: This calculator is intended for helping us design off-grid solar systems. If you need a grid-tie or utility interactive system, please contact our office for a quotation. For grid-tie systems, you will need to know the maximum amount of energy your home consumes during the year. For most people, this occurs during the summer months due to running an air conditioner.
